FCS Vahti consists of four parts, three of which are available for its users:
- user management application;
- entry station application that controls people entering the facility;
- exit station module for controlling people leaving the facility;
- central database.
The workflow of the application is as follows:
- at each entry to and exit from the facility there are security stations connected to the system;
- each person passing through the station must show a pass, the number of which is entered to the system by a bar-code reader to register the date and time and the personal data;
- the passes are issued through the user management application;
- the pass may be invalidated at any given moment, a person without a valid pass is denied an entry, but may safely leave the facility.
FCS Vahti is stable, reliable and secure. The number of reports about the facility state and the possibility of changing the software to the needs of the customer makes it a perfect choice for controlling any facility.
